The house, furnished with care, is a fusion of Tuscan beauty and old-world charm; it boasts an exclusive private garden, with BBQ and rustic roses on the walls, where you will also be welcomed by a pair of friendly land tortoises, Ugo and Lulù, who have always been together, now in the company of a new litter of young ones, making the experience of a holiday at Il Borgo unique and enchanting.

For the direct reservations with the Farmhouse and in order to be able to block the Apartment's availability and to confirm definitely your booking with our DISCOUNT, is necessary to pay an account NON-refundable of 30% FOR EACH VILLA You have chosen (to do by Bank transfer at this IBAN code: IT47O0842571940000040533010 and SWIFT code: CRACIT33, to Italian Financial Istitution: Banca Cambiano 1884 SpA, and for the recipient name: Agricola Borgo il Bonagino...!) and the rest of the stay you'll pay directly at the moment of check-in.

Is severelly not allowed to smoke in the Farmhouse Borgo il Bonagino.

(*) Unheated pool open from 1st May to 10th October. Children must be accompanied by an adult and it is forbidden to dive or swim in the pool at night.

(**) Mountain bikes must be pre-booked and children must be accompanied by an adult. The service also includes provision of a helmet. The owners accept no liability for damage to property or people resulting from the use of the vehicle, which will be entirely at the driver's own risk; the owners also reserve the right to reimbursement of the value of the vehicle in the case of damage caused to it.

(***) Before each booking, the details of the Credit Card of the applicant of the reservation must be communicated as guarantee and authorization of compliance with the aforementioned Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy. Therefore, the Structure reserves the right to check the validity and coverage of the Credit Card at the Booking Confermation and before the arrival, requesting the pre-authorization of the circuit to which it belongs, whose consent by the Applicant is tacitly received upon confirmation of the Booking by phone or any telematic way.

(****) Extra beds are not included in the total cost and must be paid for separately during your stay. Not all the rustic houses can be equipped with extra beds.

(*****) The deposit must be delivered in cash at the time of Check In and will be returned at CheckOut, following a check of the conditions of each individual Cottage and therefore where there are no damages or shortcomings inside and outside the Apartments and common areas Farm.
